The Voices of Beauty Retail Bootcamp is the first of its kind interactive event dedicated to upskill and uplift beauty founders at the forefront of diversity and inclusivity. Designed by founders for founders, this one-day event will provide a unique opportunity to connect with fellow founders, editors, buyers and influencers in a collaborative setting. From speed-dating to improv exercises to games & prizes, founders will leave energized, inspired and educated!

It will be a collaborative environment where people meet as humans first, and titles/roles second. We have some fun activities planned in the first part of the day to inspire, engage, and entertain. During this time together we will foster a sense of community and belonging. We want attendees to leave feeling seen, heard, and welcome.
